- Original shipping costs non-refundable
- Non-returnable: Opened items, products with manufacturer variations (e.g., paint/packaging differences)
How to Return
- Contact us for return authorization and instructions
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Ship to provided address (customer covers return shipping)
Refunds
- Processed within 5-10 days of receiving returns
- Bank processing may take additional 5-10 business days
- Deductions: Original shipping fees + any Company Credits earned from the purchase
Special Cases
- Cancellations: 10% restocking fee applies
- Damaged in transit: Not covered (consider carrier insurance)
International Returns
- Customer responsible for duties/return shipping
